Athena is an accomplished professional in Real Estate sales and marketing who employs a "client-centered" approach. Through the process of interviews and background research, a customized property profile will develop to highlight the current and projected highest and best use of the infrastructure or site. A comprehensive market study is conducted on a property's or business' price point, with consideration given to the aforementioned process. Her role is one of advocacy, information, and education in facilitating a smooth and successful transaction for her clients.
Athena is a graduate of the University at Albany and a Capital District resident since 1990. Past achievements are in the areas of academic administration, classroom instruction, community relations and program development, advocacy and fund-raising for non-profit corporations, service provision and advocacy for individuals with disabilities, and fine arts.
