Past Professional Experience:
Mr. Sinopoli has over 30 years experience in developing marketing and sales strategies, and has worked with established organizations as well as start-up companies implementing new marketing strategies, affirming target markets, clarifying product lines, evaluating distribution channels, reviewing pricing strategies and designing and implementing promotional plans. He has extensive experience with introducing new products.
Mr. Sinopoli began his career with the IBM Corporation and has worked for other technology companies including Savin Business Machines, Nixdorf Computer, Dennison Manufacturing and Enable Software. Mr. Sinopoli also served as President of the Computer Systems Division of BitWise Designs and was Founder and President of Boston CADD Systems. Mr. Sinopoli was also a Managing Director with the business advisory firm Schwartz Heslin Group, focusing on strategic planning and sales and marketing activities. Mr. Sinopoli is also a founding partner of DSG & Associates.
Membership / Affiliations:
Mr. Sinopoli is active in supporting Dance and other Arts programs in the Capital District of New York State. He has taught courses in marketing, management and advertising at Boston University and a graduate course in entrepreneurship in the MBA program at The University at Albany and Union College. Mr. Sinopoli holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial Management from Adelphi University and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Adelphi University Alumni Association and President of the Capital District Chapter of Adelphi Alumni. Mr. Sinopoli was a Captain in the USMC from 1966 to 1969.
